Can't say enough about Scott's Auto Carrier, including Tiffany, Dani and Temu. I called in a bit of a bind. I had set a 4-day pickup window 2 months in advance with another carrier and given the run-around on whether they would make the date. I called a second company who took the deposit and ghosted me. I made a expensive flight change. Scott's was responsive, able to fit me into the schedule within 24 hours and great back and forth communication. The driver was professional and communicative. 6 days later, my car was transferred from CA to VA. I never lacked for information, wasn't pressured for payment in cash/Venmo, and based upon my prior research, got a fair deal - amazing at the last hour. If you have a car to ship - give them a call for sure.

I would like to highly recommend this transport company. I was so nervous to lock in with anyone due to reading like you are now reviews. I spoke on the phone with several companies but Melissa was great and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable moving forward. We shipped from Maine to New Mexico, We had a smaller transporter come to our home load and go to Massachusetts. From there it was loaded on a larger transport truck. Rhonda kept me informed as she needed, the drivers as well. Drop of was perfect. We paid the deposit so we could get the process started and final payment was made via a link thru text at drop off. Super easy!! I did a lot of quotes and once I figured where my baseline was I opted to stay in the range. The lower cost quotes I figured were to low. If you want a company that you can rest easy is legit then go with Scott’s!! My son just joined Air Force and is beyond happy that his truck arrived on time, no scratches or damage and no extra costs. 👍 Thank you Scott’s for a great job!!

After contacting several carriers and actually contracting with one that kept giving me excuse after excuse, I called Scott’s. They were very responsive and answered my questions immediately. Nina was awesome! Within a few days, they had picked up the car in South Carolina and delivered it safely to my home in Tennessee.
